Our Services
Owner Representation for General Partners/Sponsors:
Acting as the “boots on the ground” for clients, ensuring that projects align with the client’s budget, scope, and schedule expectations. Providing oversight of consultants, design team, and contractors.
Construction Monitoring for Limited Partner Investors:
Overseeing the entire lifecycle of a construction project, from pre-construction to completion. Providing oversight of the sponsor.
Our Team
John Lyons
Principal
John brings a wealth of experience in construction management, having managed approximately 2 million square feet and a billion dollars in construction volume. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. John is also an adjunct Professor of Construction Management at Columbia’s Master’s in Real Estate Development program.
Nicolas Manrique
Development Manager
Nicolas has over a decade of construction management experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Universidad de Los Andes and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Ben Ulvevadet
Principal
Ben is a professional engineer licensed in California, with 20 years of experience in structural engineering, construction, and real estate. He has designed and overseen ground-up construction, adaptive reuse, facade restoration, and heavy infrastructure projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from San Francisco State University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Paul Christiansen
Development Manager
Paul has six years of project finance and construction management experience at Kiewit Corporation working across various electrical, mechanical, and structural projects in New York City and Washington, DC. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Diana Fedorkova
Development Manager
Diana has a decade of New York City development experience, starting her career at The Durst Organization. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Zicklin School of Business and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Alex Tang
Assistant Project Manager
With a background in architecture and real estate development, Alex has worked on large-scale residential projects in China and managed New York office/retail portfolios. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Parsons School of Design and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
